The BuzzApp can be downloaded for Android and iOS operating systems.
Go into your app store and search for BuzzPicha.
Users can also download CMS client for PC windows to monitor camera and record footage.
After you have downloaded the app, register an account for yourself, either with your mobile number or email address.
Select your country, to ensure that it has the correct dialing code inserted. Ensure that the password is kept in a safe place.
Connecting your BuzzPicha to the BuzzApp via WiFi configuration (config 1 or 2).
The next step is to register your doorbell to the BuzzApp. Make sure that BuzzPicha is powered and connected for either config 1 or 2.
You need to enter your WiFi password – see pic C as above, to allow your BuzzPicha access onto your network.
Then your BuzzPicha will connect to your WiFi network – see pic F below. Then you need to create a nickname for your BuzzPicha and create a password. Your BuzzPicha has a unique CamID number which you need to keep in a safe place, as both the CamID # and password are needed to create additional users access to your BuzzPicha.
If you have not reached pic F and the connection hasnt been made, then the following are most likely the problems:
- The doorbell is placed too far away from your router and is not picking up signal.
- Try resetting your router (switch off for 10 seconds before turning on)
- Ensure that your BuzzPicha is powered on (you will know this when you see the blue light on the BuzzCall button)
- Ensure that your BuzzPicha is in the BuzzHousing, and the tamper alarm screw is in place.
Connecting your BuzzPicha to the BuzzApp via Ethernet LAN cable (config 3).
Connect your BuzzPicha your router via LAN Connection (as in config 3) and ensure that your BuzzPicha is powered on (you will see the blue light on the BuzzCall button)

If you have not reached pic A as above and the connection hasnt been made, then the following are most likely the problems:
- If your BuzzPicha and smart device are using the same network, ensure that your router’s DHCP function is on.
- Try resetting your router (switch off for 10 seconds before turning on)
- Ensure that your BuzzPicha is powered on (you will know this when you see the blue light on the BuzzCall button)
- Ensure that your BuzzPicha is in the BuzzHousing, and the tamper alarm screw is in place.
Once your BuzzPicha has been identified, enter a nickname for your BuzzPicha, as well as a password.
Your BuzzPicha has a unique CamID number which you need to keep in a safe place, as both the CamID # and password are needed to create additional users access to your BuzzPicha.
Connecting your BuzzPicha to the BuzzApp remotely
Provided that you have the CamID and password of your BuzzPicha that you setup as above, you are able to add your BuzzPicha to your BuzzApp remotely. Select Add Manually as pic A below and enter the CamID and password you created as per pic below.
Deleting your BuzzPicha to the BuzzApp
To remove your BuzzPicha from your BuzzApp, you can delete the device. For Android users, press the image of your device in BuzzApp and confirm delete.
For iOS users, slide device image to the left and confirm delete.
